I knew she was doing her job when I became irritated with her
I wanted some outside perspective on my life that would challenge my biases and comforts. I could feel that Leah was sincere in her role as a Coach and I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts about me. There are people who can and can’t coach, and Leah is one who can. If you feel comfortable with a coach, that’s a good place to start. I knew she would hold my agenda and interests at the forefront of our coaching.
I’m growing and changing and trying new things in my life. I have changed a career and worked through personal issues to create meaningful and remarkable advancements and experiences as a result of the impact that coaching had and can have.
Leah pissed me off at times. I knew she was doing her job when I became irritated with her. I’m glad Leah kept me honest and pushed harder, when I really needed it. You can rely on Leah for The Truth. Leah is a great coach because she is able to connect and disconnect with her client. This is good because she has the confidence of a close friend yet the responsibility to Coach you for 45 minutes at a time and really call upon your inner self.
Do it. Commit to a contract and continue on as life takes you… What are you attached to? What are you always thinking about and focusing on? When are you lying to yourself?
Be honest. She will be. Let the coaching begin.
