I worked with Leah as a mentor coach and received unparalleled professional and personal care and development (because everything is connected). Coaches are trained to be “good” listeners, and what Leah hears and sees is on a whole other level. She can hold the threads of the conversation and present them back to you as beautifully woven quilt in a pattern that’s accurate but novel (and sometimes beautifully metaphorical).
